Joan Rothfuss, consulting curator for “A Feast of Astonishments,” is an independent art historian, critic, and author of “Topless Cellist: The Improbable Life of Charlotte Moorman” (2014). In this presentation, she tells three stories about Charlotte Moorman’s life: the familiar tale of Moorman as Nam June Paik’s tragic muse; a reversal of the archetypal “rags to riches” narrative; and finally a story of a woman who had always known what she wanted.
